1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FastCode (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software. FastCode is operated by Diogo (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Description of Service
FastCode is a commercial fork of OpenCode (MIT-licensed) that provides an optimised AI-assisted coding tool. The Software is offered as a paid product with monthly subscription and lifetime license options.
3. License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FastCode on a single machine at a time. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
- Share your license key with others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
4. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing FastCode you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
- Monthly subscription: billed at €1/month, recurring until cancelled.
- Lifetime license: one-time payment of €50, valid indefinitely.
Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions will be honoured at their current price until cancelled.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with FastCode, contact support@fastcode-dev.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, refunds are at our discretion.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
7. Availability and Support
We provide the Software “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Software functional and to respond to support requests, but we make no uptime or response-time guarantees.
8. Intellectual Property
FastCode is built on OpenCode, which is licensed under the MIT License. Our modifications, optimisations, branding, and proprietary components remain our intellectual property. The MIT License applies only to the original OpenCode source code.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the Software.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately. We will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period if termination is initiated by us without cause.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
